Ordering
What country do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If the country you wish to ship to is not in the list please write us at atc@noxsport.com or call us at +34 934 196 834 and we will add it so you can complete your purchase.
What are the shipping costs?
You can check the shipping costs in the shipping costs section. You can also add all the items you want to the cart and complete the shipping address, then you can see the shipping costs. Shipping costs will be lower the higher the value of the order. Shipping costs to Spain and Portugal are free on orders over 65€.
Can I change my shipping information after I have placed my order?
Yes, you can change your shipping information as long as the order has not yet been shipped. To make the change write to atc@noxsport.com or call +34 934 196 834.
How can I know the status of my order?
To know the status of your order, from your account, access the "Order History" section. Select the order and check its status (payment accepted, order shipped,...). Additionally, you will receive an email every time there is a change in the status of your order.
Can I cancel an order once it has been shipped?
Once the order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel it. Once you have received it you can return it or refuse the package.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula only) are delivered in 24-48 hours or the next business day if the purchase is made before 13:00. Shipments to the Balearic Islands are delivered in 2 business days and to the Canary Islands within 5 to 10 business days.
For shipments to Europe, these will take 2 to 5 days. These shipments may take longer if the shipment is to a country outside the European Union or to an island.
For international shipments, shipments take 5 to 15 days to arrive in the country. This time may be extended by local customs and it depends on the destination country whether the delivery time is shorter. More information here
*Delivery times refer to working days. They do not include local and/or national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Returns
For what reasons can I exchange or return an item?
You can make an exchange or return if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you need to change size. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (factory original product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
How do I make an exchange or return?

What happens if a product breaks or is damaged?
Warranties for products purchased at noxsport.com are handled exclusively by NOX, who will determine if it is a manufacturing defect. If your purchase was made at another point of sale, you will have to process the warranty with the corresponding distributor/store. Check our warranty policy and make your request by clicking here.
How will I receive my refund?
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take 2 to 5 business days.
Making the purchase
Is it safe to make an online purchase?
Buy online at Noxsport is totally secure. Through the security certificate, all your data is encrypted and private.
Do I need to register with Nox to make a purchase?
Yes, it is necessary that you are registered in order to obtain your name, address, email and billing address. In NOX we will only ask you for the essential data and we will adopt the security measures required by the current legislation to guarantee its confidentiality.
How can I know if the order has been placed correctly?
Once you have made the payment, you will receive an email to the email address you provided confirming the purchase (if you do not see it, check your spam folder). If you are still not sure if you have completed the payment, please write us at atc@noxsport.com or call us at +34 934 196 834.
What should I do if the payment is wrong?
If an error occurs in the payment we recommend you to try again, contact your bank or contact us, we will be happy to help you. If you are buying from Latin America and the card keeps giving you an error message, we recommend you to try the payment with PayPal.
My order has been cancelled without my request, what should I do?
The program has probably detected your purchase as fraudulent and, for security reasons, it automatically cancels the payment. The cancellation reason indicates that the cancellation has been made due to a risk of fraud.

How do I know my size?

I don't know which shoe to buy, which one do you recommend?
We can recommend some models depending on your position, height, weight, foot shape and tread. If you have any questions you can contact atc@noxsport.com
How to choose the correct size of my NOX shoes?
To make sure you choose the right size of your NOX shoes, we recommend that you consult our size guide available on each product page. Measure the length of your foot and compare it with our sizing chart to find the perfect fit.
If you hesitate between two sizes, we suggest you opt for the larger size for more comfort, especially if you use orthopedic insoles or prefer a looser fit.
