DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the CUSTOMER. Thus, the provider assumes no responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the CUSTOMER are false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company, assigned for that purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider shall take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that no liability can be imputed against the provider. Delivery times are from 1 to 7 days depending on the stock of the product. The customer will be notified of possible delays.
In the event that the hiring does not involve the physical delivery of any type of product and that are directly downloaded from the website, the provider will previously inform the CUSTOMER regarding the procedure to be followed to perform such download.
The provider undertakes that such applications are free of viruses or any other malicious content that may affect the proper functioning of the equipment on which it is installed. Likewise, the Provider shall not be liable for uses other than those to which such applications may be applied or for the lack of the minimum system requirements that may be established.
SHIPPING COSTS

- Shipping Costs:Shipping costs may vary by location. Please check our rates during the checkout process.
- Customs and Duties: For destinations outside the European Union, they will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. CUSTOMERS will be responsible for any additional costs.
- Payment Method: credit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, seQura Payment.
- Delivery Time:Delivery times may vary depending on location and local customs processes. We will provide estimates, but be aware of possible delays.

- Customer assumes customs payments: Opt to assume the customs costs calculated by NOX. Benefit from a competitive price.
- Customer does not accept customs payments from NOX: In this case, it is crucial to note that any customs duties must be covered by theCUSTOMER upon arrival at the final destination.

*Exception for the Canary Islands: Customers purchasing products from the Canary Islands, NOX will assume the shipping and customs clearance costs. However, the customer will have to pay the taxes corresponding to IGIC.

*Exception for Brazil:
Orders destined for Brazil are considered exports and, according to Brazilian Customs regulations, are handled under the DAP Incoterm. This means that, once the goods arrive in Brazil, the CUSTOMER will be contacted by customs to pay the export tax. The amount of this tax will be determined by the Brazilian customs. Note: This payment is independent of the shipping cost.
