Official Statement - Valentino Gabriel Libaak and Leandro Roman Augsburger have active contract with NOX

NOX wishes to inform that, to date, the players Valentino Gabriel Libaak and Leandro Román Augsburger have active contracts with our brand, with the following details:

- Valentino Gabriel Libaak signed his contract with NOX on August 16, 2022, with a duration until August 16, 2027.

- Leandro Román Augsburger signed his contract on September 15, 2022, with validity until September 15, 2027.

During this time, NOX has maintained an absolute commitment to the personal and athletic growth of both athletes, including their residency at our high-performance sports academy located in Spain (Nox Future Academy) for several months. Additionally, NOX, in good faith, maintained the players' salary conditions for 2024 based on their World Padel Tour 2023 ranking, despite the change in circuit (FIP ranking), which represented a significant disadvantage for them. This adjustment was not mandatory under the terms of the agreement.

Unfortunately, yesterday, there was a breach of contract by the players as they did not use the equipment provided by the brand, a condition clearly stipulated in the signed terms. After careful review, we believe the cause of this situation is the poor advice the players have received from their immediate environment.

We deeply regret that Tino and Leo have been affected by these external influences, which clearly do not take into account their best interests or professional development.

At NOX, we will continue taking the necessary steps to protect the interests of our brand and to uphold the commitment to the values that represent us, including honoring the agreements signed, as a leading brand in sports.
