Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

Promotion period and participation

From August 1, 2026 at 00:00 until August 16, 2026 at 23:59 (Spanish time), customers of the official NOX Sport online store (https://noxsport.com) may participate in the “Summer Days” promotion.

NOX Sport reserves the right to modify prices, conditions, or the availability of products and gifts associated with the promotion. All offers and gifts are subject to limited stock availability. Once the promotion has ended or the available stock of promotional gifts has been exhausted, the offer will no longer be available.

Promotional gifts

During the promotional period, customers may receive a free gift depending on the total value of the products included in their order.

Offer #1

Orders with a total product value of €90 or more and less than €170 will receive the following free gift:

Offer #2

Orders with a total product value of €170 or more will receive the following free gift:

Summer Padel Pack, consisting of:

• 1 NOX White/Red Cap
• 1 NOX 50 x 90 cm Red/White Towel
• 1 Pack of Sports Wristbands (2 units) Red/White

Application of promotional gifts

Promotional gifts cannot be combined with each other.

Orders with a total product value of €170 or more will receive only the Summer Padel Pack and will not additionally receive the can of 3 PRO TITANIUM padel balls.

Orders with a total product value between €90 and €169.99 will receive only the can of 3 PRO TITANIUM padel balls.

Only the total value of the products included in the order will be taken into account when determining whether an order qualifies for the promotion.

Shipping costs, taxes, fees, customs duties, or any other additional charges associated with the order will not be taken into account when calculating the minimum amount required to receive the promotional gift.

The gift will be automatically added to the cart when the order meets the requirements of the promotion.

The customer must complete the purchase process with the gift included in the cart in order to receive it.

If the gift is not added to the cart during the purchase process, NOX Sport does not guarantee that it can be sent separately afterwards.

Exclusions and shipping restrictions

This promotion cannot be combined with discount codes, exclusive promotions, coupons, or other active offers.

Orders placed using promotional codes or exclusive discounts may be excluded from the promotion.

Promotional gifts cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or replaced with other products selected by the customer.

Due to shipping restrictions, the sports wristband pack cannot be shipped to customers with a delivery address in the United States.

For orders shipped to the United States that qualify for the Summer Padel Pack, the customer will receive only:

• 1 NOX White/Red Cap
• 1 NOX 50 x 90 cm Red/White Towel

The exclusion of the wristbands will not affect the validity of the promotion and will not entitle the customer to receive an alternative product or financial compensation.

General promotion conditions

The promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made through https://noxsport.com.

The promotion is available to customers in all countries where NOX Sport offers online sales.

The promotion will only be available during the specified period and while stocks last.

Promotional gift quantities are limited.

If any promotional gift becomes unavailable, NOX Sport reserves the right to replace it with another product of equivalent characteristics and value.

Eligible customers

This promotion is intended exclusively for end consumers making purchases through the official NOX Sport online store.

Companies, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, NOX Sport employees, collaborators, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Modification and cancellation of the promotion

NOX Sport reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time where justified reasons exist, while always respecting orders that have already met the established conditions during the promotional period.

Returns and promotional gifts

In the event of a full or partial return of an order that received any gift associated with the Summer Days promotion, NOX Sport will verify whether, after deducting the value of the returned products, the order still meets the minimum purchase amount required to qualify for that gift.

If, as a result of the return, the value of the products ultimately retained by the customer falls below the minimum amount required to receive the corresponding promotional gift, the customer must also return the promotional gift together with the products being returned.

If the promotional gift is not returned, NOX Sport may deduct from the refund the corresponding value of the promotional gift received, as previously indicated in these Terms and Conditions.

If, following a partial return, the order continues to meet the minimum amount required for the promotional gift received, the gift does not need to be returned.

Promotional gifts must be returned in suitable condition and, where applicable, with their accessories and original packaging.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
