What should the inside of a good paddle shoe look like?
When a player puts on a paddle shoe the first thing he has to feel is a certain comfort. If the player is not comfortable we already know that he is going to make a series of gestures that are not going to be favorable or his body is going to be sending him information that his foot is not going to work relaxed and as it should. Therefore, this comfort is going to offer us both a feeling of grip, especially in the rearfoot area that will give you security without blocking it, so we are talking about elastic materials, and on the other hand a cushioning that will return those impacts and that there will be no leakage of forces in your body. For this, we need this grip in the rearfoot and then, at the front, we need the shoe to widen. One because it is going to offer us more stability and two because the foot inside is going to be able to move and work comfortably. And something very important is that there are no seams where there are bony protrusions where there may be chafing that can cause wounds or even discomfort that although they do not erode the skin if they generate small gestures that in the long run can be harmful to the player.
